Introducing our latest project: a stunning beach-inspired villa in RAK! This was a complete demolish-and-rebuild project, meticulously executed over six months to create a bespoke family retreat.
Situated facing the golf course and just moments from the sea, the villa’s design takes inspiration from its coastal surroundings. The owners envisioned a serene beach house ambiance, which was brought to life through carefully chosen colors, textures, and materials. The result is a refined yet personal space that reflects the family’s lifestyle while maintaining both beauty and functionality.
At the heart of this home is an open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flow effortlessly together. The design embraces natural light, with expansive windows and sliding doors that invite in the coastal breeze and connect the interiors with the outdoors. A palette of crisp whites, soft sandy tones, and natural textures creates an airy, beach-inspired ambiance.
The kitchen is a masterpiece of both style and practicality. Sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a carefully curated material selection reflect a balance of sophistication and warmth. A spacious island serves as a central gathering point, perfect for both casual mornings and elegant entertaining.
The dining area´s position maximise views of the outdoor oasis and its design leads to relaxed yet refined family meals. The living room enhances the villa’s tranquil atmosphere, featuring plush furnishings, organic textures, and subtle coastal accents that evoke a serene beachside retreat.

The exterior is just as breathtaking, designed to be an extension of the indoor living experience. A stunning, custom-designed pool serves as the focal point, surrounded by sun-drenched terraces and shaded lounge areas that create an idyllic escape. The clean architectural lines extend seamlessly outdoors, complemented by modern landscaping that enhances the villa’s natural beauty.
