Al Hamra Golf Villa | Structural Renovation & Modernisation

The Transformation: Set within the tranquil Al Hamra community, this project involved a complete structural and aesthetic overhaul. Overlooking the golf course, we reimagined the layout to maximise natural light and flow, turning a dated property into a modern sanctuary of quiet luxury.

The Concept: Introducing a masterclass in coastal elegance. This beach-inspired villa renovation focuses on biophilic design principles, blending the boundary between the sea and the interior through organic textures, expansive glass, and a neutral, sand-inspired palette.
